The Jewelry Integrity Group was started to give the buyers of jewelry and other products more confidence in their purchases. Members of JIG range from occasional sellers to powersellers and ALL are dedicated to the following guidlines;1. Proud of what I sell.

Each member has vowed to accurately list product information and go above and beyond business integrity standards, to provide a positive buying experience.
3. Proud of how I support my customers.
When you purchase from a JIG member, you can be sure that you will receive prompt shipping after payment has been received, you will be able to contact the seller if any questions or concerns arise, and there will be a clearly stated refund, exchange, or returns policy.

For all those sellers who are interested in becoming a member and bearing the JIG logo proudly on their listings must comply with the following rules and regulations. These rules will be monitored regularly by current members to maintain the integrity of the group. Please visit the Jig Group's Homepage.
1. Active ebay seller in good standing
"Good standing" is not limited to ebay DSR ratings. Even if your DSR's are not perfect, you are still eligible to join up with JIG members.
2. Sell jewelry and/or directly related products & services
Many of the members sell products other than jewelry such as supplies, handcrafted items, & even plants!
3. Committed to outstanding customer service
This is not negotiable, you must be dedicated to providing your customers with incredible service!
4. Clear, thorough and accurate listings
This is also not negotiable, each listing you post must be accurate and detailed so that a potential buyer knows exactly what they will be receiving.
The Jig Group is not just a forum for sellers, buyers of jewelry products are encouraged to join up as well! With well educated members it is the perfect place to ask jewelry related questions and get a multitude of educated responses. We can help you make better informed purchases, learn about gemstones, precious metals, jewelry values, and so much more! Please feel free to share your information and knowledge with current members, we are all willing to learn!
